All process service includes multiple attempts, all mileage incurred, a courtesy call to inform you documents have been served at the time of service.  We will also file your Proof of Service with the respective courts for the metropolitan Phoenix area and send a copy to you. 

For out of state documents which require a Notary Public (AZ. does not), this is included as well, free of charge.

Our Prices

Prices may be negotiable based on circumstances and volume of service:

Postal Locates (search for current address from Post Office) No Result = No Charge	$	50.
Filing fee for 1 – 3 documents (per court, when service by us required)	$	50.
Notices, Terminations and Forcible Detainers (Eviction Notices), Summons & Complaints	$	50.
Documents requiring Personal Service (Restraining Orders, Subpoenas, Domestic, etc	$	75.
Service to outside, or from outside the metropolitan Phoenix ares	$	100.
